"Saying Mike Evangelis is an amazing coach is a complete understatement and doesn't even do him justice. I have been working with Mike for about 3 years now. When I first met Mike, I came to him looking for help with my diet, just hoping to lose some weight. 3 years later I can tell you he has completely changed my life for the better and not just with my diet! As he worked with me on my diet, I realized he has the biggest heart of anyone I have ever met. He paid close attention and noticed things about me that were affecting not just my diet, but my life in very negative ways and cared enough to try to help me with them. He dug deep and got to the bottom of things as well as has been there for me through very hard times when I just wanted to give up. He never gave up on me, even when I wanted to give up on myself. He never gives up on anyone. He actually has created a group of us at our gym that is more like a family that supports each other and it has become my favorite place to be, my happy place and where I have met some of the best people I've ever met thanks to him. I always tell him he has the patience of a saint because he does! He wasn't just concerned with the number on the scale like I was, he taught me that there has to be a balance between mental/emotional and nutritional factors that can also affect us. Most coaches I've met or heard of could care less, they just take your money and give you a diet, but not Mike, he cares about the person he's helping in a very real way. He puts in 1010% always. Mike has become more of a best friend/life coach/mentor/brother to me and I will be forever grateful to him. Mike also teaches me that it's a process and a journey and to try to enjoy it. So while I've made some strides, thanks to him, I still have a ways to go and I'm truly blessed to have Mike Evangelis by my side every step of the way. Thank you Mike, words can't even express how grateful I am, and will always be, to have met you and to have you in my life!!!!"
